
Hi, I’m Sophie. I’m passionate about helping women feel their best.
I specialise in designing individualised programmes designed to lead to the attainment of fitness goals, whilst also driving longer term health benefits through improvements to sleep, management of stress, and better nutrition.
Whilst I love training, and live an active, healthy lifestyle, I’m nothing out of the ordinary. I can’t share examples of my athletic prowess. I’ve no history of outstanding sporting success nor have I ever ran a marathon or deadlifted 100kg. Those opportunities passed me by, and by the time the fitness bug caught up with me, they simply weren’t an option.
Like too many women, a traumatic birth led to pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, and postnatal anxiety disorder. Fitness became my outlet, particularly for my mental health, however it was also the cause of further injury, much of which could have be avoided had I had access to fitness professionals who understood my condition.
So, I took matters into my own hands and qualified as a personal trainer, set up my own studio and now coach women who are looking to improve their fitness and quality of life.
