Sessions will be tailored according to your goals and we have the flexibility to change things up according to how you’re feeling that day. Regular check-ins will ensure that you’re progressing and feeling challenged.

Pairs Training

  • Training with a friend is a great way to keep each other accountable and motivated. Sessions are programmed to be fun, challenging and mutually beneficial.

Training Options and Pricing

Free health assessment when booking 12 or more sessions in advance.

This assessment provides a comprehensive analysis of your current health and fitness and includes: analysis of body composition, blood pressure and resting heart rate, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance and flexibility.

Data collected will be used to develop an individualised programme inline with your personal goals, and will be followed up by regular check-ins.
